What is the best way to insure the correct part is ordered?
Give the parts department the vehicle identification number of your car located on the dash by the windshield on the drivers side of the car.
How long does it take for a part to arrive after placing an order?
Parts typically take no longer than one week unless they are on backorder. If you need the part faster ask the parts department how much it would cost and if possible for the part to be overnighted.
Are special ordered parts returnable?
No. Special ordered parts are non stocked parts and once ordered from the manufacturer they are not returnable.
Are electrical parts returnable?
No. We have no way of checking an electrical part that is returned. Therefore to insure that you receive a good part electrical parts are not returnable.
